Ohio currently provides authority to school districts for non-levy financing for propane Autogas and other clean school bus options and will soon open another round of VW funding for these choices. According to the Ohio Propane Gas Association, over 600 Ohio school buses are running on propane, saving costs on fluids, filters, fuel, and repairs while keeping students safe. Clean Fuels Ohio offers expert assistance to school districts interested in applying for these funding sources. School districts can email Andrew Conley or Tim Cho or call 614-884-7336.
