On Tuesday, March 31st, from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, Clean Fuels Ohio and The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business will hold a webinar on Sustainable Logistics. The North American Council for Freight Efficiency also will participate. This was originally scheduled as an in-person seminar at the College.
Intended audiences include fleet carriers involved in regional, last mile and port/yard operations along with shippers responsible for managing supply chains. Clean Fuels Ohio members that provide clean vehicle, fuel and infrastructure solutions to this market also are welcome.
Steve DeNunzio, Director, Master of Business Logistics Engineering Program, OSU, will deliver welcoming remarks. Then, Vince Castillo, Assistant Professor of Logistics, Fisher College of Business, OSU, will present to the group on Sustainable Supply Chain Management Best Practices. Following Vince, Sam Spofforth, Executive Director for Clean Fuels Ohio, will review the economics of various cleaner and sustainable vehicle technologies for the logistics industry. Finally, Mike Roeth, Executive Director for North American Council for Freight Efficiency, will briefly review technical tools and resources on efficiency and commercial electric vehicles.
The program will include ample time for questions and answers and discussion.
