As the COVID-19 situation progresses and the future seems more and more uncertain, Clean Fuels Ohio aims to maintain utmost transparency with our members and stakeholders. For the past month and half, we have taken pointers from the CDC and Governor DeWine’s administration to make the most responsible decisions we can in a time like this. We will continue to do so by practicing social distancing and going completely remote with our operations. This is to say, Clean Fuels Ohio is operating at full capacity from the comfort of our homes and is continuing with business as usual on all pending and future projects.
While we are fortunate that we are able to continue business as usual, we understand that some of our members, stakeholders, and partners cannot. We aim to be as sensitive as possible to capacity and time constraints and want to keep communication channels open for our members to our entire staff. If there is anything we can do to assist you and your team during this time, please do not hesitate to let us know.
We are continuing to closely monitor the situation as it pertains to our annual Midwest Green Transportation Forum & Expo in September. As a reminder, we are still planning to host the event in person in at the Marriott Columbus University Area. Our staff has worked diligently to create a contingency plan in case we have to move the conference to a virtual platform. We are looking to make the final call on whether the event will be in person or online mid-June. In the meantime, tickets are still available for $49 until the end of April. After April, tickets will increase to $189 for General Early Bird Admission and $149 for Fleet and Other Implementer Admission. Please visit our registration page to lock in your admission rate.
Additionally, we have opened opportunities for businesses to secure an exhibitor space and/or sponsorship package. Please check out our sponsorship packet to review available benefits, prices, and number of each package available. You can register for your exhibitor space or sponsorship package here. Please email or call Rachel Ellenberger, Business Development and Communications Manager, at 614-884-7336 ext. 310 if you have any questions.
